Factory machinery and equipment cover a wide variety of cargo types, with irregular shapes and numerous precision components. They include production equipment for metalworking, plastic molding, food packaging, and other industries. Individual machine weights range from a few hundred kilogrammes to several dozen tonnes. During transport, impact protection and prevention of damage to precision components are key priorities.

• Wide variety of cargo types with significant shape differences: a single batch may contain both high‑precision machine tools and heavy stamping presses, requiring customised booking and containerisation plans for each unit.

• Precision machined surfaces are vulnerable to impact: guideways, spindles, mold mounting surfaces, and other precision‑machined areas are highly accurate; scratches or rust can directly affect machine precision.

• Numerous attached components: motors, hydraulic cylinders, control cabinets, piping, etc., protrude from the main body and require individual support and protection during containerisation.

• CNC systems and electrical components are sensitive to vibration and moisture: control panels, servo drives, etc., require shock‑proof packaging and moisture‑proof treatment.

• Equipment disassembly and system integration: some large production lines must be disassembled and shipped in separate containers. Parts must be numbered and labelled to prevent confusion or omissions.

Based on individual machine weight and dimensions, we match the appropriate container specifications and manage the entire process from containerisation to shipment.

Domestic pick‑up → customised solution + container selection → lashing and securing → port delivery → ocean freight booking → destination delivery

Step 1: Domestic Inland Transport
Clients may either arrange delivery to our designated loading yard themselves or authorise us to provide door‑to‑door pick‑up. We operate a fleet of low‑bed trailers covering major industrial equipment manufacturing bases nationwide. Based on equipment dimensions and weight, we deploy the appropriate vehicle to ensure safe delivery to the loading site.

Step 2: Customised Solution + Container Selection
We develop a containerisation plan for each machine based on its shape, weight, and batch quantity, matching the appropriate container specifications. For disassembled large equipment, we prepare a disassembly list and packing sequence to ensure complete sets of components are shipped without omission.

Step 3: Lashing and Securing
All operations comply with shipping line requirements and industry standards.

Our lashing solution:

• Timber sleepers or rubber pads are placed under the equipment to protect the bottom coating and increase friction.

• Precision‑machined surfaces such as guideways and spindles are wrapped with stretch film and fitted with anti‑impact padding.

• Attached motors, hydraulic cylinders, piping, etc., are individually supported with timber blocks or secured with lashing straps.

• The four corners of the machine are secured to container lashing points with lashing straps or steel wire ropes, with symmetrical tension applied.

• Control panels and CNC systems are wrapped with foam padding, with cushioning material packed around them.

• Accessories such as molds, cutting tools, and random tooling are sorted and packed into crates, with specifications and quantities marked on the outside.

• Disassembled parts are numbered and labelled in sequence, and a packing list is enclosed with each container to facilitate sorting and assembly at the destination.

• After the entire container is lashed, photographs are taken for documentation, and a lashing inspection certificate is issued.

Step 4: Port Operations
We submit the operation plan to the terminal in advance, coordinate lifting and handling equipment (cranes, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of the container to the port. Dedicated supervisors oversee the loading, re‑inspect the lashing condition, and only after confirmation arrange for vessel loading. We also cooperate with customs inspections and assist with clearance procedures.

Step 5: Ocean Freight Booking
Based on container specifications and destination port, we select the most suitable vessel type and route, prioritising shipping lines with proven experience in heavy‑lift container transport. Our main cooperating vessel types include: breakbulk / general cargo vessels, multi‑purpose vessels, heavy‑lift vessels, and Ro‑Ro vessels capable of carrying specialised containers. We cover major ports from China to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe. We also provide recommendations for marine insurance solutions.

Step 6: Destination Delivery
We notify the consignee in advance of the voyage schedule and estimated time of arrival, assist with discharging and customs clearance at the destination port, and coordinate local transport resources for last‑mile delivery. Throughout the process, we provide a complete packing list and tracking of all logistics milestones, keeping you updated with real‑time transport status.
